AVIDDIGITAL.COM Shipping Policy

AVIDDIGITAL.COM Ships Monday Through Friday. Heavy or large items require charges in addition to the normal shipping rates. Products will not ship to P.O Boxes. Orders placed after 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time will be processed the next business day. Shipping & Handling is calculated during the checkout process. When an order is submitted, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. For information on the status of your order, email us at info@AVIDDIGITAL.COM . Orders usually ship 7-10 days from the time your order is received. Special arrangements can be made by contacting AvidDigital.com. Alaska or Hawaii: Allow 1-2 additional days for shipping and $15.00 additional for shipping other than standard shipping. Orders outside of the Continental United States require additional shipping calculations.


Billing & Exchange/Return Policy

All banner products are covered by a 7 day satisfaction guarantee (custom products do not apply). Guarantee is effective for 7 days from the date that the product(s) are received by customer. To receive credit for products returned, customer must ship product(s) in their original shipping package(s) or container(s) & prepaid back to AVIDDIGITAL.COM c/o Returns on or before the 7 day period expires. Product should be returned in the same condition as was purchased & shall not have suffered from end user use or abuse. Color Matching
Mock ups are provided upon request via email or the web. Color matching is done to the best of our ability. Due to the infinite configuration possibilities of end-user hardware and software, it is impossible to perfectly match the mock up that is provided. Purchaser acknowledges that some variances from digital representations and actual product will occur. All samples or Mock ups are understood to be representations only of the printed product, and will inevitably have some degrees’ of deviance from a digital monitor’s image.

Printing Yield:
Avid Digital uses industry standard printing materials. Vinyl banners are run on either 73" wide or 126" 13oz reinforced pvc vinyl. All quotes are based on printing with a proper yield of no more than 10% waste, (36" wide banners will usually print 2up on a 73" material & finish at 34.5" wide).

Warranty info:
Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for any custom printed graphics. All graphics produced are completely custom, and are therefore only of value to the original purchaser. Vehicle wraps do not carry a replacement warranty. Due to the infinite amount of potential causes to wrap failure, Avid Digital will, on a case per case basis, inspect, review, and repair wraps at a discounted price to the customer. Any and all defects are limited to faulty materials. "Peeling" and "Lifting" in tight areas or in corners are considered normal wear and tear issues. Vinyl vehicle wraps are expected to last between 2-3 years with proper care. Under no circumstances will installation error be considerd a defect.

Indemnity
In-house Installation:
Avid Digital provides this in-house capability to our clients and purchasers of our product as a service and warrants the quality of workmanship performed for a period of up to 3 months. The performance warranty of our materials range from 1 year to 3 years depending on which material is chosen. Avid Digital and its affiliates will not be held responsible for installation discrepancies or material failures.
Onsite Installation:
Avid Digital provides this onsite service to our clients and purchasers of our product solely as a convenience and in no way does Avid Digital warrant or underwrite the quality of workmanship by the installer located for your application. Avid Digital and its affiliates will not be held responsible for installation discrepancies.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold Avid Digital and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, print vendors, business partners, employees, successors or assigns harmless from any claim or demand, including attorney fees, made by you and any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the web or postal services to be used in the design.
Client understands and agrees that Avid Digital and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, print vendors, business partners, employees, successors or assigns assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communication, design, graphic, or photo that you or any other person customizes or supplies.
